Prevenzione e contrasto dei reati di impresa is the title of the second edition of the higher education course that is promoted by the Sant’Anna School (Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna) in partnership with the Autorità Nazionale Anticorruzione (ANAC)Transparency International – Italia and Studio Carnà & Partners. The registration is open until 22 October. The second edition obtained the patronage of Scuola Superiore dell’Avvocatura. The Webinar is delivered online, with the possibility of some face-to-face meetings in Pisa, and it will be accredited for professional training by Consiglio dell’Ordine degli Avvocati di Pisa.

Also for this new edition, Studio Carnà & Partners provides 10 reductions of the fee. The Webinar is divided into 45 hours of online teaching. It will take place from the 5th of November 2021 to the 6th of June 2022, with training days lasting three hours, every two weeks.

The online lessons will provide tools for knowledgeanalysis and management of legalmanagerial and ethical issues related to the prevention and fight against corporate crime. The training activity will have an interdisciplinary and interactive orientation.

“The reasons of the success of the previous edition, which prompted us to propose a new edition, - says professor Gaetana Morgante, - is based on our approach to the corporate compliance issues. Compliance has increasingly become a real function within the corporate body. Therefore an exclusively legal approach often turns out to be inadequate and incomplete. We need to think in a truly interdisciplinary perspective and this is the main feature of the Webinar”.

“Practice orientation in preventing illegality within the corporations - adds Giuseppe Di Vetta, research fellow at the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna and member of the Scientific Committee of the Webinar - remains fundamental, but it is combined with theoretical study of the different issues. This means a constant dialogue between experiencepractice and multidisciplinary knowledge. For this reason, the faculty board is made up of prominent personalities in the academic scenario, who interact with judges, compliance corporate officers and managers”.
